By proceeding with the activation process of NexBlue's Charging Point Communication Protocol (OCPP) for your charger, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

OCPP Functionality

Once OCPP is enabled, some functionalities of the charger will be temporarily unavailable to ensure protocol compatibility. Compatible functionalities will remain accessible.

Data Collection and Usage

The charger, operating in OCPP mode, allows NexBlue to collect information on its status and usage for efficient post-sales service and remote updates. NexBlue will have access to aggregated details of charging sessions conducted by OCPP authorized users, ensuring user anonymity and data dissociation.

Acceptance of Terms

Activating OCPP implies acceptance of contractual terms and conditions outlined not only here but also in the general and specific commercial conditions of the accepted offer, purchase agreement, activation guide, and other provided documentation. This collective documentation constitutes the binding contractual agreement with NexBlue.
